Patient Participation Group

The Patient Group meets three times a year at Collingwood Surgery and:

- provides feedback on our services
- helps to plan new developments
- helps to improve communication between patients and the surgery

If you are interested in taking part in the Group, please approach reception and ask for a PPG registration form.
